Venture Investments

Venture investments through Panamera IMD are a crucial part of our business and how we add extra value to clients and candidates.

We always make our first investment for selected clients through "Sweat for Equity". This means we handle key recruitments for the client with full or partial payment in shares. These roles may include positions on the board, in top management, or as key individual contributors.

Once the initial investment is made, we usually continue with more recruitments, either paid in cash or shares. We also engage as official or unofficial advisors to the owners and business management in their pursuit of excellence, accelerated growth, and profitability. Occasionally, we also join as board members. Our advice typically focuses on organizational matters, but more often, it involves business-related areas such as go-to-market strategy, product development, business models, fundraising, or sales.

In most cases, after a successful development phase, we invest additional cash to defend or expand our ownership share. In one case, we made more than ten follow-up cash investments and became a major non-institutional shareholder.

In a few cases, we have helped clients from day one—before incorporation—by developing the business plan and strategy, as well as recruiting the first key hires.
